We decided to have an early Christmas and open our presents to each other before we leave for Utah. It was fun to stretch the holiday out a little longer than usual. And of course the baby was asleep for it.
Cole ended up with a firetruck Christmas from us. He was especially excited about the legos!
Ellie was pretty excited about her dollhouse accesories! And Daddy was stoked to get a new drill :)
Dax finally woke up at the very end and the older kids helped him unwrap his presents. He wasn't too interested at first, but he quickly realized the fun of new toys when he discovered his new turtle :)
I'm so glad that we got to have our own little family Christmas at our home. We are excited to see family in Utah, but it was fun to experience our own Christmas and make good Christmas memories in our home.
Now we need to go get packed for Christmas Part 2!
